We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for Securities Finance Application. Responsible for requirements gathering, User Story production, and functional testing.

Main Tasks:

1. Write Comprehensive Functional Specifications: Craft detailed functional specifications to guide development and ensure alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
2. Drive Testing Efforts: Collaborate closely with the development team to execute thorough testing of new features and enhancements, maintaining high quality and reliability.
3. Provide User Training and Ongoing Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization and user satisfaction.

Profile

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Calypso (practice)
• Knowledge of Financial Markets: Strong understanding of financial markets and basic instruments. Specific knowledge of securities finance is highly valued.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.

Language Skills

• Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and
  - users.
