Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Product & Strategy team. You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team by transforming business needs into clear, actionable insights. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and
  - functional specifications.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct data analysis to support
  - making and strategy development.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models and user stories.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Fin
  Tech, Banking, or Saa
  S industry.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
• Excellent
  - solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, or digital banking platforms.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance (PSD2, AML, etc. ).
