We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Porto)

Who We're Looking For:

The role involves monitoring IT activities and incidents, analysing business processes, and contributing to the automation and continuous improvement of financial and
- risk reporting tools.

Ensure service availability and
- up of production requests for our business;

Collaborate closely with Infrastructure teams (Servers, Storage, Network, Middleware, Monitoring, Automation, etc. );

Partner with APS and Operations teams to keep applications running smoothly.

Main tasks include:

Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Propose and design innovative solutions to automate reporting workflows.

Validate product features with end users and support change management.

Monitor reporting processes and provide user support during closing periods.

Contribute to agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and team improvement.

Technical Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics.

5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial/reporting sector.

Strong SQL knowledge (mandatory).

Python knowledge is a plus.

Previous banking experience is an advantage.
