What You'll do:

• Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping;
• Analyze and redesign business processes, identifying and correcting inefficiencies;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate actively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions;
• Validate developments through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met;
• Provide training and support to
  - users;
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

• Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes, specifically focused on Out
  Systems
• Minimum of 6 years of functional experience in Web or Mobile environments;
• Proven experience in projects using Agile methodologies;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Confidence and ease in
  - making and negotiation within project contexts;
• High sense of responsibility and rigor in task execution;
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in Out
  Systems projects;
• Preferred: experience in international projects (preferably US market);
• Preferred: experience in the healthcare sector;
• Preferred: knowledge of Spanish.
