? We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Porto)

Who We're Looking For:

The role involves monitoring IT activities and incidents, analysing business processes, and contributing to the automation and continuous improvement of financial and
- risk reporting tools.

✅ Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Ensure service availability and
  - up of production requests for our business;
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure teams (Servers, Storage, Network, Middleware, Monitoring, Automation, etc. );
  
  
• Partner with APS and Operations teams to keep applications running smoothly.

Main tasks include:

• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose and design innovative solutions to automate reporting workflows.
• Validate product features with end users and support change management.
• Monitor reporting processes and provide user support during closing periods.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and team improvement.

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial/reporting sector.
• Strong SQL knowledge (mandatory).
• Python knowledge is a plus.
• Previous banking experience is an advantage.
