About The Job

• The Business Analyst's mission is to establish the link between Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyzes new needs from market changes, internal projects, client requests, or user requests for system enhancements. Proposes and documents optimal solutions to meet user and client expectations, involving all relevant stakeholders.

Your Main Activities Are

• Understanding business processes and issues
• Proposing innovative solutions for automation of reporting processes
• Validating products with end users and ensuring adherence at each stage
• Supporting change management and assisting users throughout the year
• Monitoring progress and providing user support during closing periods
• Contributing to an agile organization by participating in rituals, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of finance, credit risk, and regulatory reports
• Strong IT and business relationship skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data management
• Experience with SQL, MDX, stored procedures, Dataiku (a plus)
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Teamwork, collaboration, organizational skills, rigor, client focus, autonomy, curiosity
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, lead meetings and training, support change, and manage relationships
