Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Systems Operations
Overview:

- end solutions for a diverse customer base. These services include
- focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and
- driven risk management services.
The Insights and Enablement team is a global team focused on ensuring that all of Services can make
- driven decisions and operate effectively. The team manages and adapts policies, processes, and platforms used across Services.
The Revenue Systems Operations Senior Analyst supports strategic and tactical platform projects to improve usability, increase efficiencies, and deliver enhancements and fixes to Revenue operational systems managed by the I&E System Operations team. Support includes executing adoption campaigns, implementing data improvement efforts, reporting, testing updates, and training initiatives. Systems include Order Management, Sales (Financial
Force/PSA), and other new platforms implemented globally.
Role
- Drive the global roadmap and improvement efforts of Revenue operational systems across Mastercard Services.
- Partner with diverse teams and business lines to bring innovative systems to life, ensuring best practices in governance and processes.
- Act as the bridge between business and tech stakeholders to gather needs, write technical stories, and work with tech teams to test, validate, and implement solutions.
- Provide training and support for system adoption among users.
- Support inquiries related to Revenue Business Operations platforms, including system records that drive delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Operational support for product line campaigns such as Client Services Revenue, Subscriptions, Platforms, Bulletins, and bulk product deliveries.
- Support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns, and requests.
- Conduct Quality Control checks and Data Audits periodically.
All About You
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience and education.
- Experience as a business analyst, product owner, or consultant in requirement gathering, user story definition, liaising with tech, testing, and business inquiries.
- Ability to contribute to support projects related to CRM, ERP, or Revenue
Ops systems (Oracle, Billing, etc. ). - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power
Point; Visio is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- solving skills with a
- oriented approach. - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing CRM/ERP solutions.
- Business understanding of revenue operations like order management, revenue recognition, or billing.
