In the context of a B2B Customer Portal, the Business Analyst bridges business needs with technical solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment to enhance usability, efficiency, and value.

Your mission will be…

• Requirements Gathering and Change Management: Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops; identify and document gaps; approach projects from a
  - centric perspective; manage scope changes; analyze processes for improvements.
• Documentation and Solution Design: Analyze gaps; create requirement documentation; collaborate with architects and teams; assist in testing preparations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key member of the transformation team; collaborate across roles; communicate effectively with stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or similar
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills; proficiency with tools like Excel, Confluence, Jira; knowledge of BPMN and Agile methodologies; excellent English skills
