Senior Business Application Manager

Location: Lisbon

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Business Application Manager to support business
- making and critical processes by ensuring
- quality functional support for a portfolio of Business Applications. This role is key in driving continuous improvement and ensuring constant alignment between IT solutions and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of projects aimed at enhancing the Information Systems (IS) architecture, managing them across the entire project lifecycle and ensuring successful implementation.
• Gather, analyze, document, and map business and functional requirements.
• Provide timely and effective functional support to end users, managing incidents and service requests with external providers.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve a knowledge base related to application support issues.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards , leveraging data from HR tools.
• Monitor and execute production activities, including data quality controls and reporting processes.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop with solid experience in data modeling projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
• Strong understanding of Business / IT relationship and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Language Skills:

• English – Expert level
