Job Description:

The mission of the Senior Business Application Manager is to support
- making and business processes by ensuring functional support for a portfolio of Business Applications and by championing their continuous improvement and constant alignment with Business needs.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Be fully responsible for projects to enhance the IS architecture and implementing them throughout the project life cycle and control their implementation.

Be responsible by building documentation and mapping the respective requirements.

Provide
- user functional support in a timely and efficient manner - address incidents and requests to external providers

Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using HR Tools data

Monitor and execute production tasks (e. g. data quality controls and reporting)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and experience in data‑modeling projects

Microsoft Excel

IT – Business/IT relationship

Language Skills:

English – Expert
