Role: Senior Business/Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the lead analyst in developing monitoring and observability layers across operational systems.

-Translate
- level requirements into KPIs and data pipelines, mapping data sources, systems, and processes.

-Work closely with technical teams to implement monitoring tools across various platforms.

-Engage with consortium stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical layers.

-Lead and participate in remote and
- person workshops and working sessions.

-Design BI solutions such as dashboards and reports to monitor project metrics and performance.

-Ensure consistency between operational and analytical monitoring.

-Support the documentation, governance, and traceability of metrics, definitions, and data sources.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, preferably in international or
- based projects.

-Proven ability to define KPIs and monitoring frameworks from complex requirements.

-Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI).

-Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud environments (e. g. , Databricks, Azure).

-Understanding of observability and monitoring tools (e. g. , Zabbix, Dynatrace).

-Knowledge of data architecture, system integration, and traceability.

-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams and lead stakeholder engagements.

-Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and persistence in solving data challenges.

-Adaptability and ability to work across diverse environments and cultures.

-Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

-Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
