Your Mission
- Develop and implement a proactive lead generation strategy to drive sales growth.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities into
- term partnerships. - Understand client needs and craft tailored solution proposals that deliver genuine, measurable value.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to develop compelling proposals. - Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring
- term satisfaction and business expansion. - Stay ahead of market trends, customer demands, and competitive shifts.
- Provide strategic insights and business development updates to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven success in IT B2B sales, ideally within a leading consultancy firm or innovative development agency, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth and forging
- term partnerships. - Strong experience in business development, contract negotiation, and sales strategy.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with
- level clients. - Persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- A proactive,
- driven sales approach with a keen understanding of pricing and margins. - Strategic mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and uncover new opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with fluency in English (C1 level).
