Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Strategy, Creative, and Performance teams to develop customized proposals that align with client objectives.
Industry Insights & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
Revenue & KPI Ownership: Set and achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets, consistently delivering measurable business impact.
Requirements
- +8 years of experience
- Extensive network of contacts within
- customer companies, with a proven ability to generate
- value business opportunities. - Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, or
- driven environment. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key
- makers. - Deep understanding of digital marketing services, including performance marketing, CRM & automation, SEO, paid media, creative strategy, and data analytics.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly
- motivated,
- driven, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently while aligning with overall agency goals. - Strong analytical mindset, capable of assessing market opportunities, ROI, and competitive positioning.
