I am currently working with a Pan-European IPP that is expanding their team in Lisbon. They are currently seeking a Senior Business Developer to support their growing project pipeline in the region on an 18-month mission!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement public affairs and business development strategies to support ongoing project development efforts.
• Engage with stakeholders, including governmental bodies, regulatory agencies, and community representatives.
• Represent the company in public forums and official meetings, delivering presentations and project updates.
• Analyse policies and regulatory frameworks, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
• Review and provide feedback on due diligence reports related to project assets.
• Contribute to the preparation and regular updates of business plans for projects under development.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, project development, or a similar role.
• A strong track record in the renewable energy sector, with international experience considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Openness to regular travel within Portugal and potentially abroad.
