Job Description
The job is remote (Spain).
How will you contribute and drive success?
- Deliver sales opportunities and build a qualified pipeline through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods. This role focuses on the initial stages of opportunity generation.
- Develop territory and account strategies to create and execute meaningful outreach to engage prospects effectively.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership, and Business Development peers to focus, learn, adapt, and evolve.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of your target market through inquisitive inquiry.

Qualifications
What skills and experience do we seek?
- At least 1 year of business development, lead generation, or sales experience. Saa
S or tech experience is advantageous. - Strong communication skills in Swedish & English.
- Ability to connect and engage
- makers across multiple channels. - Customer-centric with a
- driven mindset. - Thirst for learning and
- challenge — business development is demanding! - Proactive,
- reliant, and able to take initiative. - Solid understanding of the sales, discovery, and qualification process.
- Balance independence with team success, pride in collective achievements.
