Overview

PTW is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager or Business Development Manager to develop relationships and grow new business revenue within the video games industry across Europe and the U. K. The ideal candidate will be a consultative, highly motivated individual with a strong track record in cultivating and expanding client relationships, presenting PTW's Localization, QA, and LQA services, closing new deals, negotiating, and managing ongoing client relationships.

This role is suited for an engaging, personable, enthusiastic, and
- oriented professional with an eye for detail. Growth will primarily be driven through relationship building and new client acquisition. Candidates should have a proven history of exceeding expectations through relationship cultivation, deep industry knowledge, understanding client challenges, and a genuine passion for gaming.

This is an individual contributor role requiring knowledge of video games.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Business Development selling QA, LQA, Localization services.
• Business Development experience within the games industry is essential.
• Existing network of publisher and developer contacts in the industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets through strong client relationships and successful dealmaking.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to forecast opportunities and
  - motivation.
• Organized with a passion for gaming and experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to influence and drive results in complex environments, communicating effectively across all levels.
