About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our E-commerce team. As (Senior) Business Development for our Italian market, you will own the business performance of the product portfolio from end to end. You’ll define the strategy, drive growth, and shape the customer experience. You will be a key player in our E-Commerce Europe team, contributing to
- country and
- functional initiatives, with regular exposure to senior leadership.
What you'll own and drive:
- Category ownership: Lead and grow the product portfolio in Italy
- commerce, owning the full business performance (sales, margin, availability, NPS). - Product lifecycle management: Define and execute product portfolio strategy, coordinating launches,
- outs, and lifecycle optimizations. - Performance analysis: Monitor sales and margin performance, identify growth levers, and propose
- backed action plans. - Cross-functional leadership: Act as the strategic interface between local marketing, global product development, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless
-
- end execution. - Customer-centric mindset: Leverage customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve the category offer and experience.
- Go-to-market excellence: Ensure new launches and sales campaigns are
- positioned and successfully executed in collaboration with our brand and performance marketing teams. - Market intelligence: Continuously track trends, competitors, and consumer behaviours to feed into your strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Economics, Business Development, Management, or E-commerce.
- Strong track record of driving business results through data and
- functional collaboration. - Strategic and structured thinker who combines analytical rigor with a
- first and entrepreneurial mindset. - Ability to balance
- term performance goals with
- term category development. - Analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a
- paced, matrixed environment. - Fluency in English, Italian, and/or knowledge of the Italian market is a strong plus.
