Senior Business Development Specialist – Remote EMEA
Compensation: Approx. €2, 500/month (contractor model)

- spam systems, and 911 infrastructure. Its primary clients include global telecom operators and government institutions, with a strong focus on B2B operations and long sales cycles (12–24 months).
Profile Overview
We are seeking a senior business development professional with both strategic and
- on expertise, capable of designing, executing, and optimizing the marketing plan for EMEA markets.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in B2B technology or telecommunications , strong capabilities across branding, PR, events, and business development, and ideally senior experience in high-value B2B tech sales cycles .

Location: EMEA time zone (Remoote)
Availability: Full-time freelance/contractor
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy and Business Development
- Define and implement strategies to reach a highly targeted group of approximately 1, 000
- makers (operators, ministries, business partners). - Actively use Linked
In Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify relevant stakeholders. - Structure proposals, presentations, case studies, and commercial materials for RFP processes and similar initiatives.
- (Preferred) Apply knowledge of
- level B2B sales to support
- cycle commercial outreach and stakeholder engagement.
2. Branding & Positioning
- Develop and maintain the brand manual, corporate tone, and visual identity.
- Audit and optimize brand positioning within the tech and telecom industries.
- Generate clear, commercially oriented content that translates technical information into business language.
3. Web & Content
- Collaborate with technical specialists to convert complex technical material into
- friendly content. - Manage and update content on Word
Press, including technical blog posts, announcements, and landing pages (Good to have).
4. Events & Public Relations
- Identify and coordinate participation in industry events, global trade fairs, and networking opportunities (occasional travel may be required).
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

5. Continuous Research
- Monitor competitors, industry best practices, and new developments in telecommunications and emergency alert technologies.
- Propose creative initiatives for proactive outreach beyond event participation.

Technical Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B tech/telecom company or in an agency handling similar clients.
- Proficiency in Linked
In Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (e. g. , Hub
Spot). - Ability to make basic edits and updates in Word
Press. - Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating with commercial teams.
- Strongly Preferred: Experience selling or supporting the sale of
- ticket technological systems or enterprise platforms.
