Business Process Analyst
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the identification, mapping, and optimisation of key business processes. This role will lead
- functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- This involves coordinating and documenting key processes using BPMN 2. 0, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- The successful candidate will manage the company's BPM system and lead process improvement projects.
- They will also analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and prioritise improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration with business and support teams is essential to gather insights and ensure alignment.
- The ideal candidate will design and deliver training on process mapping and improvement strategies.
- Monitoring process effectiveness, reporting progress to senior management, and ensuring sustainability are also key responsibilities.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar, and certification or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Agile, or similar methodologies.
A minimum of 4 years' experience in process mapping and improvement, preferably in real estate or investment management, is required. Proficiency in process tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL) is also necessary.

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid role, where 3 days per week in the office are expected.
