Senior Business Management Officer - Uncertain Fixed Term
About The Job
- The Senior Business Management Officer takes ownership of tools and processes required for the management of a group of teams in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as Human Resources, Facilities, Finance or community management, in the same way that provides support to management processes of setting goals, planning and/or controlling the organization and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process, being accountable for a wide variety of tasks impacting the business
- Ensure the deliverables and processes on Finance, Human Resources, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Community Management, and others related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas are done with good quality and within the proper time frame
- Develop and own data models, in Excel, Share
Point and others, with the purpose of consolidating, analysing and reporting data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions - Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models in a large range of activities, particularly budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys
- Analyse and elaborate reports and presentations used in decision making process and focusing on continuous improvement
- Manage the internal communities, with the organization of events, management of internal sites, sharing of information via mailing list. Also prepare workshops and/or meetings with internal clients
- Support the leadership of the scope on daily activities, perform research regarding ongoing transversal initiatives and manage the portfolio of projects within its scope of teams
- Suggest,
- up and implement continuous improvement or new projects that benefit and improve the management of the scope - Maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processes, ensuring that the right information is properly stored
- Support and
- up in the yearly budget process
- Academic background in Business Management, Economics or similar areas
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Management and/or Consulting
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively in a transversal environment and collaboration across different teams, departments and clients
- Analytical capacity, attention to detail and rigorousness
- Capacity to set up relevant performance indicators
