Senior Business Manager – Contact Center Sector Lisbon

Our client, a company specialized in contact center solutions, known for its innovative approach, commitment to service excellence, and collaborative environment, is currently looking to hire a Senior Business Manager to strengthen its team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and send commercial proposals;
Identify and prospect new business opportunities;
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients;
Manage and update commercial databases;
Follow up on leads and nurture commercial relationships;
Support the onboarding process of new clients;
Contribute to the development of client acquisition strategies;
Collaborate in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

Profile:

Minimum education: High school diploma;
At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles within service-based industries (mandatory);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
Previous experience in outsourcing, contact center, or BPO (preferred);
Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and results-driven mindset.
