Senior Business Manager – Contact Center Sector Lisbon

Our client, a company specialized in contact center solutions, known for its innovative approach, commitment to service excellence, and collaborative environment, is currently looking to hire a Senior Business Manager to strengthen its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send commercial proposals;
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities;
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients;
• Manage and update commercial databases;
• Follow up on leads and nurture commercial relationships;
• Support the onboarding process of new clients;
• Contribute to the development of client acquisition strategies;
• Collaborate in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

Profile:

• Minimum education: High school diploma;
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles within
  - based industries (mandatory);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
• Previous experience in outsourcing, contact center, or BPO (preferred);
• Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and
  - driven mindset.
