About the Client

We are supporting one of our clients, a leading international financial institution, in strengthening its transversal management teams. Acting as a global hub, these teams deliver business services across multiple areas, including KPI management, reporting, continuous improvement, and migration activities.

The Role

As a Senior Business Manager Officer, you will play a key role in managing transversal activities, coordinating projects, and driving business management processes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining KPIs, producing key reports, and supporting the restructuring of teams.

This role requires a
- on professional with strong project coordination skills, financial management expertise, and the ability to interface with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and continuously improve KPIs across transversal activities.
• Produce business and operational reports (production control, HR data, finance data).
• Support team restructuring and project coordination.
• Oversee budget and cost control as part of business management.
• Manage small projects autonomously, handling them

• Interface with senior management, lead meetings, and follow up on tasks.

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager, Coordinator, Business Manager, or PMO.
• Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Knowledge of data analytics & modelling (Python, R is a plus).
• Exposure to Big Data (HR, production, finance datasets).
• Languages: Excellent English, French is a strong plus (Portuguese not required).
• Soft skills: Proactive, structured, and confident in interactions with senior stakeholders.
