We are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to work in a project in Lisbon area.

What are we looking for?

• 3-4 years of experience in a
  - focused role such as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with presenting information to audiences of various backgrounds.
• Understanding of and experience demonstrating competency in conducting process mapping and gap analysis, using various methodologies (e. g. Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to effectively engage stakeholders through facilitation to gather input to document detailed process flows.
• Exceptional communication skills. Strong interpersonal and
  - building skills.
• Ability to identify
  - related risks.
• Mid-level understanding of project management principles and methodology.
• Familiarity with ITIL Frameworks / SRE Practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e. g. , Lucidchart, Miro).
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on IT operations.
