What are we looking for?

• 3-4 years of experience in a
  - focused role such as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency with presenting information to audiences of various backgrounds
• Strong communication skills
• Experience conducting process mapping and gap analysis, using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Ability to engage stakeholders through facilitation to document detailed process flows
• Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify
  - related risks
• Mid-level understanding of project management principles and methodology
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks / SRE practices is preferred
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e. g. , Lucidchart, Miro)
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on IT operations
• Fluent in English
