We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to work on a project in the Lisbon area. Key requirements include:

• 3-4 years of experience in a
  - focused role such as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in presenting information to diverse audiences
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in process mapping and gap analysis using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
• Ability to identify
  - related risks
• Understanding of project management principles
• Familiarity with ITIL Frameworks / SRE Practices (preferred)
• Proficiency with process modeling tools (e. g. , Lucidchart, Miro)
• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Fluent in English
