#ABOUTTHEROLE
Part of the Client Management department, the responsibilities of a Senior Case Executive include build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Is a trusted partner along the way, hence must have excellent communication skills, be organised and detail oriented.
#ABOUTTHECHALLENGE
- Client Relationship Building: main point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client goals, business needs, and pain points.
- Onboarding & Training: guide new clients through onboarding processes. Ensure clients understand how effectively our services will be.
- Ongoing Support: address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams. Monitor client satisfaction metrics.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or
- sell products/services. Assist in renewal processes. - Strategic Planning: provide insights and recommendations based on client data. Participate in client reviews and strategic planning sessions.

- High level of English, written and spoken.
- The ability to adapt, interact and manage with different types of individuals from differentiated cultures.
- The ability to design and implement adequate consulting strategies for each process stage.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A working knowhow of local administrative framework.
- Strong eye for detail and troubleshooting attitude.
- The ability to take/provide constructive and positive feedback.
- Skill in communicating effectively in writing, using
- appropriate language and terminology and with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organisation. - Able in managing time and multiple work streams and meeting various deadlines, with
