Shaping the ENERCON organization sustainably and partnering transformations with passion for change management
- Advising managers, project managers, and change initiators on change management procedures and organizational principles.
- Managing stakeholders continuously to coordinate, identify, structure, and harmonize change requirements.
- Identifying needs for change, risks, and opportunities associated with changes.
- Conceiving and managing change projects.
- Applying and communicating change management methods during change projects.
- Analyzing the need for change, deriving change impacts, designing a change roadmap, and implementing change management measures.
- Further developing and reviewing organizational principles, and advising stakeholders on these principles and guidelines.
- Developing and providing templates and best practices for reorganizations and other change projects.
- Embedding Organizational Development & Change Management methods into project, process, and people management.
- Conceiving, moderating, and preparing workshops.
- Contributing to the development of modern organizational development methods, focusing on agile methods, the use of AI, and designing the future corporate organization (roles, networks, etc. ).
- Demonstrating strong analytical thinking and high levels of abstraction skills.
- Interacting confidently and empathetically with executives and business managers.
