We're hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer – Citrix & VDI Expert

Are you passionate about
virtual desktop environments
and
cloud infrastructure
? This is a
hands-on leadership role
where you'll manage
- performance, secure VDI environments for
- tier clients, blending deep technical expertise with operational excellence and customer collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage & optimize
  customer environments (performance, security, compliance)
• Lead
  incident & crisis resolution
  , including root cause analysis
• Ensure
  operational excellence
  : patching, updates, compatibility
• Collaborate with clients, vendors & internal teams
• Mentor
  junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Automate with
  Power
  Shell
  and streamline operations
• Apply
  cybersecurity best practices
  (CVE remediation, certificates, hardening)

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree and
  6+ years' experience
  (or equivalent years'experience)
• Deep expertise in
  Citrix Net
  Scaler
  ,
  WEM
  , and
  Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
• Strong Power
  Shell scripting and automation skills
• Experience with
  Active Directory
  ,
  Windows Server
  ,
  FSLogix
  ,
  FAS
• Knowledge of
  MFA/2FA
  ,
  networking
  , and
  backup tools
• Willingness to join a
  24/7
  - call rotation

Nice to Have

• Certifications:
  CCA-V, CCP-V, CCP-App
  DS, Nerdio Certified Engineer
• Experience with: PVS, Veeam, Forti
  Gate, Workspace One, and more
