The Client Partner is a senior leadership role, accountable for Growing Client Accounts and responsible to :
Help our sales team sell inbound leads and upsell existing clients on solutions to grow their business online
Foster relationships with existing clients
Ensure all work performed by our team is to their
- quality standards
Lead various team members on branding, website, and marketing projects
Identify where we can add more value to clients
Ensure we retain and secure clients

We are seeking a
- level Client Partner with proven TECHNICAL and SALES expertise in building brands online and GROWING RELATIONSHIPS that meet the following requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in leading teams on client projects
Effective at building relationships with clients and bringing insights and ideas to grow relationships
Able to sell and overcome challenges
Expertise in managing and selling custom websites, digital marketing campaigns, and branding.
Proven expertise in creating effective digital strategies and providing expert guidance to clients on growing their brand online.
Ability to overcome challenges and implement solutions

- home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
Work with the sales team to help bring in new sales
Build relationships with existing clients and grow accounts by bringing forth ideas to help their business grow
Manage the account team and oversee all work on your team to ensure it is to our high standards and is done in a timely manner
Bring ideas to each project to improve the end result
Give feedback to improve design and UX on each custom website project
Check in with each client weekly to ensure full transparency on each project and client satisfaction
Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool, and accounts are all up to date
Provide team training on a weekly basis
Work with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges
Report to CEO & COO on team performance and metric reports
