Senior Cloud Engineer Lisboa

Miniclip is looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Cloud Engineering Team in our Lisbon (Portugal) Studio.

This is a

What will you be doing

• Cloud Infrastructure Management
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud services.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for
  - efficiency and performance.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of cloud services.
• Development Support
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide
  - based solutions.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of software.
• Integrate various tools and platforms to streamline the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with
  - functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other teams.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3-5 years of expertise in using AWS Services, such as EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, Dynamo
  DB, API Gateway, ECS, EKS
• Proficiency in
  -
  - code tools (e. g. , Terraform, Cloud
  Formation)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Strong background in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language (e. g. , Python, Java, Go).
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.

Soft Skills

• Excellent
  - solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Experience with other CI/CD tools (e. g. , Git
  Lab CI/CD, Circle
  CI)
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops practices and agile methodologies.
