What are the requirements?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Which are the main tasks?

• Customer Environment Management:
  
  Maintain and optimize multiple client environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
• Incident & Crisis Management:
  
  Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate
  - priority issues;
  
  lead root cause analysis and resolution.
• Operational Excellence:
  
  Manage ticket backlogs, update environments with LTSR/CU/security patches, and ensure compatibility across OS, apps, and tools.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  
  Deliver a
  - first experience via phone, email, and ticketing systems;
  
  interface with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
  
  Provide technical guidance to Skill PODs, review RFCs, and contribute to internal knowledge base documentation.
• Automation & Optimization:
  
  Use Power
  Shell and other tools to automate tasks, optimize performance, and streamline operations.
• Security & Compliance:
  
  Implement cybersecurity best practices, including CVE remediation, certificate management, and environment hardening.
