Job Description:

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.
• Ensure
  - tolerant, scalable and disaster recovery of cloud solutions.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for
  - efficiency and performance.
• Deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters for scalable containerized workloads.
• Automated Kubernetes cluster management with Helm charts and Git
  Ops tools like Argo
  CD.
• Migrating legacy applications to modern/containerized solutions.

Automation & Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C):

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and AWS Cloud
  Formation.
• Developed and maintained Chef cookbooks for configuration management across Linux servers.
• Developing and maintaining scripts and tools for automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with
  - functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other teams.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• 5+ years of expertise in using AWS, such as EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, VPC,
• Cloud
  Formation, and Cloud
  Front.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux.
• 3+ years of experience in AWS containerized services, such as ECS, EKS, Fargate and containerized tools such as Docker, Helm, Argo
  CD.
• 3+ years in network knowledge and troubleshooting
• Highly proficient in
  -
  - code tools such as Terraform, Cloud
  Formation.
• Strong background in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Ruby.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent
  - solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Team leading experience and capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Sys
  Ops Admin or AWS Certified Dev
  Ops Engineer.
• Experience with other CI/CD tools (e. g. , Git
  Lab CI/CD, Circle
  CI).
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops practices and agile methodologies.
