Responsibilities

• Internal Communication
  • Communicate the department’s core areas, activities, and objectives effectively across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and consistent messaging for internal audiences.
• Event Organization and Execution
  • Plan, organize, and execute events that promote the vision and progress of the Software Transformation department.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality deliverables for events.
• Intranet Management
  • Restructure and maintain the department’s intranet presence, ensuring it is an engaging, up‑to‑date, and user‑friendly resource.
  • Regularly update content and monitor its effectiveness in reaching key audiences.
• Community Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the software community, both internally and externally.
  • Act as a connector to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation across teams and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate communications, event management, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a creative mindset to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Familiarity with intranet platforms and content management systems is a plus.
• A proactive and self‑motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
