About the Job

T is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant & Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation and optimization of
- grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and
- performing solutions across the different business areas, while guiding delivery teams and advising clients.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

- Lead
-
- end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 BC implementations.

- Architect integrations with external systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc. ).

- Define data migration strategies, security models, and reporting frameworks.

Consulting & Delivery

- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and
- gap analyses with stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Guide Agile delivery teams through configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and delivery methodologies.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor and lead
- functional teams of consultants and developers.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.

- Support
- sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.

Platform Expertise

- Leverage Power Platform components: Power BI, and Dataverse.

- Implement Dynamics 365 Business Central modules for Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Project Management and Manufacturing.

Your experience includes

- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV

- Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant on enterprise projects

- Deep functional expertise in the following modules Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing

- Strong understanding of the following modules Project Management and Warehouse Management

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to define and deliver internal and external technical training

- C1–C2 level English proficiency

- Nice to have Portuguese Or Spanish
