Responsibilities

• Broad experience in the Success
  Factors platform, focusing mainly on implementation and customization, and integration with other systems (e. g. , Job Boards) and with other components (e. g. , Employee Central).
• Expertise in Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing and/or Onboarding
• Integration into implementation teams for full‑cycle projects
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Train users on functionalities and processes (with or without Enable Now)
• Manage and maintain tickets in your field of expertise, including analysis and resolution
• Develop and maintain documentation for the various solutions implemented
• Support the project management team during different project stages
• Research and present practical and innovative solutions to challenges

What distinguishes you

• Higher education
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Success
  Factors
• Hands-on experience in SF platform configuration
• 2 to 4 full‑cycle implementations completed
• AMS (support activities) experience welcomed
• Certifications in specified fields welcomed but not mandatory
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written
• Enjoy challenges in technical and business process areas; able to handle complex situations involving people
• Strong sense of responsibility; interactive,
  - sharing mindset
• Team player with focus on delivering quality results
• Customer-oriented with
  - facing skills
• Flexible and capable of working in a dynamic environment
