Job Description Summary

Are you an experienced Real Estate professional with a passion for investment and transactions? At Cushman & Wakefield, we’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Capital Markets team in Lisbon!

Job Description

Your Role Will Include:

1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities in real estate investment.
2. Executing
   - side and
   - side transactions , including business plans, marketing, due diligence, and negotiations.
3. Advising national and international investors on their real estate portfolios.
4. Conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Creating
   - selling opportunities within the company.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in commercial real estate , preferably in valuation, investment analysis, and transactions .
2. Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field .
3. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
4. High level of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience .
5. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
6. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power
   Point .
7. Interest in artificial intelligence applications is a plus!
