The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional with a background in the banking or financial sector and hands‑on experience in Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), to join our Forensics team. This role will support audit teams by providing expert insights into financial crime risks and compliance matters, while also contributing to the commercial growth of our forensic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with audit teams to assess AML risks and provide forensic support during audit engagements.
- Conduct investigations into potential money laundering, fraud, and compliance breaches.
- Review financial data, transactions, and documentation to identify suspicious patterns or anomalies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of AML and compliance frameworks for clients.
- Prepare forensic reports and contribute to audit deliverables with integrity and analytical rigor.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and propose tailored forensic solutions.
- Support business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and emerging financial crime trends.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on AML or compliance.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or a related field.
- Experience supporting audit or assurance teams is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
