Responsibilities
- Develop various HR strategic projects for multiple clients
- Design and implement HR operating models and organizational structures
- Improve HR process efficiency and manage people risks
- Advise organizations on a range of
- related challenges - Work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches
- Create innovative and proportionate insights for our clients, adapting methods and practices to fit their business needs
- Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Demonstrate technical competence in capabilities (Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
- Clearly articulate key messages across multiple communication platforms
- Rapidly establish personal credibility and work confidently with stakeholders
- Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership material by conducting research on latest market trends
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Academic education in Human Resources Management or similar
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Organisational Change Management, Organisational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions
- Experience in a global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or
- house role with exposure to
- scale projects - Focus in project management
- Ability to think out of the box and create multidisciplinary solutions
- Full English Proficiency
- Availability to work in Portugal and abroad
