About the role

We are looking for a Senior Service
Now Consultant to join our dynamic team and support digital transformation initiatives through the Service
Now platform.

Location: Porto or Lisbon (hybrid)

Languages: Fluent Portuguese & English

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Service
  Now solutions (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc. ).
• Develop and configure applications, integrations, and reports.
• Act as a technical reference throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , or related fields.
• 3+ years of
  - on experience with Service
  Now.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, GRC, App Engine, Integration Hub .
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, and project management skills.
• Full proficiency in Portuguese and English .

Nice to have

• Service
  Now certifications and experience in international environments.
