YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Senior SAP Success
Factors HCM Consultant to join our teams in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving challenging functional and technical issues with a strong focus on SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM, and TM);
- Knowingand having implemented or provided support in issues related to Portuguese localization;
- Collaboratingwith business to understand and document opportunities and existing problems;
- Resolving functional problems, escalating, and tracking problems appropriately;
- Managing system configuration in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies;
- Creating and delivering appropriate documentation, training, and communication around feature(s) and process changes;
- Participatingin the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization;
- Conducting workshops.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- +4 Years' of Experience in SAP HCM;
- Implementation in SAP Success
Factors Employee Central Payroll Module is a plus;
- Minimumof two SAP HCM Payroll implementations;
- Strong knowledge in Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA);
- Abilityto work in a
- paced environment and thrive in a team setting;
- Abilityto communicate clearly and collaborate with peers;
- Fluencyin English (written and oral);
- Able toconduct workshops and training for Key Users.
