We are looking for a Senior SAP Success
Factors HCM Consultant to join our teams in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Resolving challenging functional and technical issues with a strong focus on SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM, and TM);
   
   
   
   
2. Knowingand having implemented or provided support in issues related to Portuguese localization;
   
   
   
   
3. Collaboratingwith business to understand and document opportunities and existing problems;
   
   
   
   
4. Resolving functional problems, escalating, and tracking problems appropriately;
   
   
   
   
5. Managing system configuration in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies;
   
   
   
   
6. Creating and delivering appropriate documentation, training, and communication around feature(s) and process changes;
   
   
   
   
7. Participatingin the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization;
   
   
   
   
8. Conducting workshops.

1. Degree in Computer Science or similar;
   
   
   
   
2. +4 Years' of Experience in SAP HCM;
   
   
   
   
3. Implementation in SAP Success
   Factors Employee Central Payroll Module is a plus;
   
   
   
   
4. Minimumof two SAP HCM Payroll implementations;
   
   
   
   
5. Strong knowledge in Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA);
   
   
   
   
6. Abilityto work in a
   - paced environment and thrive in a team setting;
   
   
   
   
7. Abilityto communicate clearly and collaborate with peers;
   
   
   
   
8. Fluencyin English (written and oral);
   
   
   
   
9. Able toconduct workshops and training for Key Users.
