What will be your role and responsibilities?

• Build, operate and improve the global SAP Success
  Factors platform, especially in the module Employee Central including Success
  Factors Time
• Manage IT projects (or workstreams) and Change Requests
• Consult internal customers and external suppliers in an international environment and create a common platform understanding
• Take end to end accountability and keep up a high pace in a complex environment
• Manage and perform
  -
  - day SAP Success
  Factors operations, automate routine parts, monitor and manage integrations to other systems
• Elevate Körber’s SAP Success
  Factors platform to the next level by applying
  -
  - the art technologies

Your profile

• Multiple years of professional experience in configuring SAP Success
  Factors, especially EC and Time. Knowledge about other modules are considered a plus
• Experience and passion for implementing projects in a corporate environment and proficiency in project methods
• Sound knowledge of HR processes, their IT requirements
• Strong “get it done” mentality, solution orientation and striving for harmonization
• K eep yourself up to date about ongoing technical developments within SAP Success
  Factors
• Integration skills with cloud platforms are a plus
• Good team player with high level of integrity and strong communication skills in English
• German language skills are considered a plus
