Senior Consultant - Technical Due Diligence (f/m/d)
Arcadis Spain and Portugal is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Business Advisory team in Lisbon, PT. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Technical Due Diligence (TDD), a technical background, and good personal soft skills with an innovative and digital orientation. This role will be part of our TDD team reporting to the Team Leader TDD Consultant.

Role accountabilities:
- Technical Due Diligence audits: technical review of installation projects, technical specifications, and maintenance documentation for all asset types (industrial, residential, logistics, tertiary); review of urban planning, licenses and statutory permits; analyze regulatory compliance, design and operating conditions and useful life of the building and its elements.
- Identify potential risks and limitations in the sale and purchase, and estimate Capex for future investments for property management.
- Propose improvements/optimizations.
- Assist the client during the entire transaction process.
- Work with clients and manage their expectations and requirements.
- Follow up on audited risks until mitigation.
- Carry out visits to the different sites.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Technical Architecture and Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Previous experience in Transactional Advisory.
- Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of due diligence methodologies, techniques and concepts, and understanding of client interests within transactional processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and software relevant to job functions (Auto
Cad, Presto, Project). - Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverables to team and client expectations, in compliance with our quality systems.
- Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
- Travel availability (National and International).
