You will join our dynamic Systems team, playing a pivotal role in the development of medical devices. You’ll work at the intersection of hardware engineering, manufacturing, software, quality, and regulatory affairs teams, helping to bring groundbreaking products from concept to reality in a vibrant, collaborative environment. We seek someone with experience in rigorous quality testing of hardware and software products as part of Continuous Improvement and New Product Introduction.

The ideal candidate will combine a theoretical approach with
- on prototyping and testing, experienced across all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture. Innovation, sharp analytical skills, and a pragmatic,
- paced work style are essential. Creativity, adaptability, and technical knowledge in device development are crucial to this role.

What you'll be doing:

1. Work with the customer experience team to triage field complaints, prioritize investigations, testing, and solutions;
2. Partner with our Quality Assurance team to address
   - conformities and CAPA closures involving product defects;
3. Conduct root cause analysis of field failures and verify through controlled experiments;
4. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute design and test plans to improve quality by design;
5. Plan and execute Beta testing in the field for Continuous Improvement and NPI programs;
6. Identify opportunities to improve quality and yields in collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain teams;
7. Document key manufacturing test data requirements within our Quality Management System;
8. Some travel outside of Portugal may be required.
