• Perform actual monthly closing and budget processes;
• Produce management control reports;
• Consolidate financial and
  - financial information;
• Upload and retrieve financial data from management control tools;
• Perform data validation and controls;
• Conduct analysis;
• Ensure data quality through rigorous control of data received from sites;
• Contribute to internal control setup by updating procedures and manuals;
• Prepare reportsand analysis to support management decisions;
• Continuously improve team processes;

Perform other related activities.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Economics;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Audit, Management Control, or Financial / Operational Reporting within software companies;
• Mandatory experience with SAGE X3;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Fluent in French and English or Portuguese;
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail;
• Rigor, accuracy, dynamism, autonomy, and organization;
• Ability to workunder pressure and meet deadlines;
• Team player with a
  - driven attitude;
