As a Senior Controller, you will ensure proper identification, collection, and analysis of all relevant information and indicators necessary for management reports, preparing meaningful insights to facilitate effective
- making by incorporating both current and future business scenarios or forecasts, and providing forecasts that anticipate trends or outcomes.
- Analyze financial data to support
- making, using techniques such as ratio analysis, trend analysis, and sensitivity analysis, to ensure senior management can make informed decisions based on accurate financial information; - Prepare financial reports that comply with accounting standards and accurately reflect the financial position of the company, ensuring transparent financial information for stakeholders;
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure financial and operational performance and identify areas for improvement, monitoring progress towards business objectives;
- Liaise with departments such as operations, sales, and marketing to develop and implement strategies, challenge performance, and perform gap analysis;
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of assets, policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations, making recommendations for improvements as needed;
- Perform analysis, interpretation, control, and information on critical management activities, portfolio analysis, and business value management;
- Promote interaction with business units to monitor and measure main activity indicators and challenge business performance;
- Collaborate on identifying innovation proposals and process optimization actions;
- Identify project risks and cost overruns, supporting mitigation activities and lessons learned;
- Support product estimation, monitor, review, and ensure standard costs are accurately reflected.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Management, Economics, or Finance
- 6-9 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in financial analysis and management control
- Experience in project controlling
- Strong understanding of accounting legislation and tax rules
- Experience with SAP
- Hands-on attitude and proactive
- solving skills - Fluent in English
