WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you’ll lead the creation of visionary brand experiences, translating concepts into spatial and sensory moments. You will think strategically, set aesthetic standards for our global projects, and integrate architectural thinking, material sensibility, and cultural insights.
With a deep understanding of how brands operate in physical spaces, you’ll connect human truths, cultural trends, and design excellence into impactful concepts. You’ll collaborate with production, spatial, and design teams to ensure every material, texture, and finish communicates the brand’s essence — from immersive installations and retail spaces to
- end activations.
Inspire brands. Shape spaces. Elevate experiences. You’ll translate brand stories into spatial concepts, mood boards, and visual narratives, and work closely with teams to realize these visions.
We’re looking for someone who will:- Research and identify cultural trends, design innovations, and architectural references to inspire teams and clients.
- Lead conceptualization and creative direction of
- end brand environments, activations, and experiential spaces, focusing on fashion retail, exclusive brand experiences, and out-of-the-box environments within sports, lifestyle, and entertainment. - Translate brand stories into spatial concepts, mood boards, and visual narratives that fuse architecture, fashion, design, and culture.
- Design physical environments and craft engaging activities and moments within them to foster emotional connections and brand interaction.
- Curate materials, colors, finishes, and visual merchandising ensuring each choice supports the brand’s positioning and emotional impact.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations that blend storytelling, strategy, and visuals — from mood boards to polished client decks.
- Collaborate with architects, 3D designers, and production teams to ensure creative intent is realized in execution.
- Manage suppliers and fabrication partners to translate visions into tangible,
- quality outcomes. - Work with strategy and project management teams to ensure concepts align with business goals and are delivered on time and budget.
- Present confidently to clients, guiding them through creative ideas with clarity and conviction.
- Embrace projects outside your comfort zone, approaching new creative challenges with adaptability and enthusiasm.
WHO YOU ARE
Your story might include:
- Passionate about sports, culture, and entertainment.
- Architectural mindset, creative soul, trained in architecture, interior design, or related fields, eager to apply spatial and aesthetic skills to brand storytelling.
- Experience of 3-5 years in experiential design, architecture, brand activations, or retail environments.
- Highly aesthetic, with a keen eye for materials, form, proportion, and how spaces influence feelings.
- Strategic thinker capable of aligning creative visions with brand strategy and cultural context.
- Visually fluent in sourcing, curating, and presenting visual inspiration; skilled in Power
Point presentation design. - Experience-driven with a focus on how immersive environments foster brand connections and memorable moments.
- Collaborative, comfortable working with architects, production teams, and multidisciplinary creatives.
- Informed about current architecture, design, fashion, art, and cultural trends.
- Communicative, fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus. Able to articulate ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, believing luxury resides in details, ensuring textures, lighting, and finishes align with concepts.
