X is hiring on behalf of newcycle, a boutique creative agency and production company, behind work for global brands like Adidas. As they expand into the Portuguese market, we're helping them build a nimble,
- performing team for a major global client in the sports and active lifestyle space.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Account to be the operational and strategic anchor of this new creative unit - leading projects, aligning teams, and serving as the central point of coordination between brand, strategy, and creative.

Your Role

This role replaces the client’s internal creative lead on an operational level - taking full ownership of creative project flow, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence.

You’ll:

• Turn internal requests into structured, actionable briefs across CRM, retail, campaigns, and activations.
• Create detailed retro plannings (timelines) with phases, owners, and deadlines.
• Flag and close gaps in information, scope, or resourcing before they derail progress.
• Guide projects through each key phase - from kickoff to creative review to delivery.
• Keep the client’s internal team aligned and updated with proactive, clear communication.
• Champion creative clarity, pace, and quality

You Bring:

• 4+ years in creative operations, account/project leadership, or integrated campaign roles at an agency.
• Proven ability to own complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset and confidence in managing both people and process.
• Strong organisational systems and tool fluency (Jira, Figma, Drive).
• A warm, confident presence - sporty, upbeat, dynamic.
• Deep familiarity with creative workflows - you speak “designer” and “client. ”

Location: Based in Portugal (Lisbon/Amadora area)

Work Format: Hybrid - 1x per week in person, plus attendance at key meetings
