About the Role

Join our Credit & Regulatory Reporting team and play a key role in risk management and regulatory compliance . You’ll support BASEL IV implementation, calculate and analyze Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), and contribute to senior management reporting.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement aftercare processes for BASEL IV disclosures.

Analyze differences between BASEL III and BASEL IV regulations.

Support production exercises and regulatory reporting .

Assist with internal controls and process optimization .

Prepare and organize Senior Management committee materials .

You Should Have

3–4 years in Risk, Finance, or Audit/Assurance (banking sector).

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar .

Strong knowledge of Credit Risk (Standard & IRBA) and BASEL III/IV frameworks.

Experience with MS Office (Excel), SQL, MS Access ; Business Objects is a plus.

Fluent in English ; professional working proficiency in Portuguese .

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
