Job Description
In this role you will design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that deliver customer engagement and loyalty at scale. You’ll work closely with partners, clients, and cross‑functional teams, while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence across the CRM platform.
Main responsibilities
- Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed.
- Understand the release processes within the company.
- Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation.
- Write quality code to fit customer needs and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and debug (with guidance from senior team members).
- Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers.
- Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Gain a deeper understanding of the company platform and processes, and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / Power
Apps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. - Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (formerly Dynamics CRM) is required; it is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and project leadership is a plus.
- Background in the Backend with SSIS and C#.
- Frontend knowledge, such as ASP. NET and Java
Script. - Top‑notch programming skills, producing maintainable, efficient, reliable, and secure code.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and XRM.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
