Senior CRM & Loyalty Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed.
• Understand the release processes in the company.
• Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation.
• Write quality code to fit customer needs and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and debug (with guidance from senior team members).
• Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers.
• Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing.
• Achieve a better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements.

As a team member of this fantastic team, you will be reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / Power
  Apps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (formerly Dynamics CRM) is required; it is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and project leadership is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Background in the Backend with SSIS and C#.
• Frontend knowledge, such as ASP. NET and Java
  Script.
• Top‑notch programming skills, ability to produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure.
• Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and XRM.
• English is mandatory (B2 level or higher).
