Senior CRM & Loyalty Engineer

Responsibilities
- Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed.
- Understand the release processes in the company.
- Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation.
- Write quality code to fit customer needs and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and debug (with guidance from senior team members).
- Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers.
- Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Achieve a better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements.
As a team member of this fantastic team, you will be reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Director.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / Power
Apps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. - Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (formerly Dynamics CRM) is required; it is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and project leadership is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Background in the Backend with SSIS and C#.
- Frontend knowledge, such as ASP. NET and Java
Script. - Top‑notch programming skills, ability to produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure.
- Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and XRM.
- English is mandatory (B2 level or higher).
